• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities (please report them instead).
• Spam commands or intentionally degrade the Service's performance.
• Use the AI generation features to create harmful, explicit, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the Service.

To provide features such as Logging, Last.fm Integration, Welcomers, and Moderation, the Service may store specific data:

• User IDs & Usernames
• Server Configurations
• Last.fm Usernames
• Reminders & Timers
• Message Logs (if enabled)
• Custom Aliases & Tags

We do not sell your data. Data is stored solely for the functionality of the bot. You may request data deletion by contacting the developer or removing the bot.

The Service integrates with various third-party APIs to provide content. By using these features, you may be subject to their respective Terms of Service:

The Service is not responsible for content generated or retrieved from these platforms.

The Service provides moderation features (Ban, Kick, Timeout, Logging). The developers of the Service are not responsible for:

• Actions taken by server administrators using the bot.
• Data loss due to misconfiguration of logging or auto-moderation.
• Consequences resulting from the "VoiceMaster" or "Antiraid" systems.

Server owners assume full responsibility for how the bot is utilized within their communities.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

We reserve the right to:

• Update or modify these terms at any time.
• Add, remove, or modify features (commands) without prior notice.
• Permanently ban specific users or servers from using the bot for violation of these terms.
